In light of recent events in the news- the Trayvan Martin case, namely, the idea of 'vigilante justice' is either well-timed in this SVU episode or poorly-timed depending on your point of view.

@Ohsusannah- It might not go like that. Can't assume anything from the description.. It's just name it might not be a ripped from the headlines case.

We have to wait and see, I'm sure it won't be a big deal.

Is it just me or does this sound a lot like the 'Law & Order' season 19 episode 'Crimebusters'?

This sounds a lot like that episode that had Kathy Griffin? either last season or the one before that...

Yurune - I haven't seen anything more on this series, other than one news story saying there was going to be a series. I never even saw a press release or anything like it from Wolf Films. I honestly don't think there is any news on this, sorry!

Yurune and Chris - The latest I have on this is that they are still awaiting development funds to be finalized so that they can proceed with the scripting process. Also, at this stage Law and Order: Cape Town is not greenlit.

This info I have from an email exchange with Marlow de Mardt, who will be one of the Executive Producers of the project.
